At last! Argyle avoided defeat for the first time this season, and even held on to take all three points from Meadow Lane.

For the third game running, all the goals came in the first half.

Jake Jervis and Nauris Bulvitis found the net for the Pilgrims, either side of Jon Stead’s effort for the Magpies.
