Argyle stayed at the top of League Two table despite losing at fellow promotion-chasers Oxford United.

Liam Sercombe’s 32nd-minute goal was enough to ensure the U’s maintained their unbeaten home record.

The goal had been coming. Oxford had hit the post twice and had another effort disallowed before Sercombe found the net.
